Stephanie is a dynamic psychotherapist with a keen ability to compassionately identify key factors that significantly affect the lives of the communities that she serves.

 

Stephanie is passionate about wellness and supporting her clients towards reaching their goals and "living their best lives". Her extensive training in perinatal mental health allows her to support emerging families in navigating the joy and challenges that come along with parenthood. She endeavors to ensure that all of those that she works with in a therapeutic space feel seen, heard and held. Her approach to clinical work is eclectic and trauma informed, inclusive of research supported techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, play and person centered therapies.
