About the event

In this training: 

  1. Participants will gain an understanding of common obstacles in the process of termination in clinical counseling settings.
  2. Participants will explore countertransference responses to termination.
  3. Participants will learn best practice suggestions on how to successfully terminate with clients that 

            (a) need a higher level of care;

            (b) have met their treatment goal(s).

This course includes 3 hours of continuing education for $50
